What You'll Do:

  • Support national clients with claims advice, support, and Return to Work for employees.
  • Partner with clients to offer effective outsourced Return to Work support services, advice, and technical expertise.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for workers compensation for clients.
  • Manage a national portfolio of workers compensation claims for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Drive, passion, and a desire to make a difference.

  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of technical experience across workers compensation schemes and injury management.
  • Understanding and experience with multiple jurisdictions nationally.
  • Strong file management and experience with claims management systems.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel for reporting.
