At Lockton, we're seeking a driven and self-motivated professional to join our team as a National Workers Compensation Claims Specialist. As a key member of our People Solutions team, you'll deliver support for our clients, providing services across their national workers compensation program.
What You'll Do:
- Support national clients with claims advice, support, and Return to Work for employees.
- Partner with clients to offer effective outsourced Return to Work support services, advice, and technical expertise.
- Act as a subject matter expert for workers compensation for clients.
- Manage a national portfolio of workers compensation claims for clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For:

- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of technical experience across workers compensation schemes and injury management.
- Understanding and experience with multiple jurisdictions nationally.
- Strong file management and experience with claims management systems.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel for reporting.
