Job Overview:

The APAC Revenue Analytics Manager is a pivotal role that drives Resmed's analytics vision in the region. This leader consolidates data from six regions into a single Snowflake data warehouse, automating trusted Tableau dashboards, and turning data into actionable insights to elevate revenue and margin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This manager leads and develops a high-performing team of regional analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • The individual partners with key stakeholders across the business to define data needs and translate them into valuable insights.
  • Develops and implements analytical models to support standardized revenue reporting across APAC.
  • Analyzes regional revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement aligned with strategic objectives; provides well-researched recommendations to the regional revenue leadership team.
  • Conducts timely and relevant revenue analysis by customer, product, channel, tier, program, etc., to identify areas for improvement and ensure strategic objectives are achieved.
  • Develops, manages, and delivers compelling data visualizations, tools, and presentations to effectively communicate insights on standardized technology.
  • Prioritizes a mixed backlog of tactical tickets and strategic initiatives and maintains a 12-month analytics roadmap.
  • Stays current on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
  • Ensures data quality and integrity across all relevant systems/ datasets.
  • Supports the development and implementation of a robust data governance framework.
  • Partners with Revenue Leadership and Finance to create, manage, and distribute quotas.
  • Collaborates with Revenue Leadership to develop, maintain, and distribute incentive plans aligning with the Global Revenue Analytics team.
