Your role as a Remote Revenue Manager at RoomPriceGenie will be pivotal in optimizing revenue management strategies for our clients in the APAC region, enabling them to fully leverage our platform and drive business success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular performance review sessions to identify areas for improvement and propose upselling opportunities that help clients achieve their business objectives.
  2. Deliver tailored training sessions (onboarding, refreshers, or addressing knowledge gaps) to ensure seamless integration of our system and maximize its potential.
  3. Proactively monitor account health, identify trends, address issues before they escalate, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for key APAC clients, guiding them through revenue management strategies and ensuring their success with our system.
  5. Collaborate with the Product team to gather customer feedback and contribute to refining the platform.
Requirements
  • C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
  • Based in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, or in a similar timezone.
  • A problem solver with a passion for tech, numbers, and innovation.
  • Prior experience as a Revenue Manager in the hotel industry is highly valued.
  • Ideally holds a degree in business or hospitality.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess customer needs, and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills to educate clients on strategies, system functionalities, and best practices.
  • Calm under pressure with professionalism in handling urgent or challenging client inquiries.
  • A customer-focused mindset with an understanding of hospitality business challenges and goals.
