Job Description:

The role involves documentation management, technical writing, and process improvement in a mining/heavy industry environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality documentation tasks on schedule, collaborating with various departments to resolve issues, driving continuous improvement, supporting training compliance, and working closely with Engineers and Production/Maintenance teams.

About the Role:
  • You will play a critical role in documenting and communicating complex information across the organization.
  • Your expertise in Documentum or similar systems will enable you to efficiently manage and maintain large volumes of documentation.
  • With your strong MS Office skills, you will be able to create professional-looking documents, reports, and presentations.
  • As a detail-oriented individual, you will be comfortable with repetitive tasks and ensure compliance with change management and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality documentation tasks on schedule.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement in work practices.

  • Work closely with Engineers and Production/Maintenance teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in mining or heavy industry.
  • Skilled in Documentum or similar systems.
  • Strong in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio).
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
  • Experience with controlled documents and team support.
