You will deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring a smooth return to work and recovery for the injured party, while providing guidance and support to their employer.

Your New Position
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, general practitioners, and medical professionals.
  • You will ensure timely compliance with legislative codes and company policies.
  • You will conduct face-to-face meetings through case conferencing, claims reviews, and onsite visits.
  • You will conduct regular reviews for each case, planning, developing, and executing claim strategies.
  • You will effectively educate both workers and employers on legislative obligations, ensuring responsible financial claims management.
