Job Description

As a Home Lending Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping everyday Australians achieve their dream of homeownership.

You will guide clients through the home loan process, emphasizing exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance, and accurately submitting loans.

Your primary goal is to proactively identify and engage potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies and networking, generating new business opportunities from the ground up.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience within sales/business development – initiating
  • Solid time management skills and an ability to multi-task - prioritizing is essential
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships. Solid personal resilience
