With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence, Apollo Patios has experienced remarkable growth and is now looking for an experienced and skilled Finance and Procurement Manager to join the team.

Job Summary

Finance is more than numbers - it's the backbone of smart, sustainable growth. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance and Procurement Manager to oversee both financial management and procurement operations within our organisation. Working closely with the Chairman and CEO, this role will involve financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and ensuring effective procurement processes to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets in alignment with company goals.

Monitor financial performance and generate reports for management, providing actionable insights.

Manage procurement processes and inventory management.

Oversee day-to-day financial tasks (wages, invoicing, supplier payments etc).

Manage the 'levers' around growing and maintaining our target GP levels.

Lead and mentor two direct reports.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated person focusing on delivering exceptional business outcomes with a willingness to challenge yourself and the team.You will possess:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in procurement and inventory management, inventory forecasting and stock turns.

Strong organising and planning skills and can effectively prioritise workload.

Experience in manufacturing and/or wholesale environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.

Experience in managing and mentoring a team.

Proficient in Xero, financial software, ERP systems (ideally Pronto) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
