About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Home Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting everyday Australians in achieving their dream of homeownership.

You will guide clients through the home loan process, emphasising exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance, and accurately submitting loans.

This is a flexible role that offers the opportunity to actively engage with customers and proactively identify and engage potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies and networking.

The role requires experience with maintaining a referral network of external partners, therefore, previous experience in sales/business development – initiating new business opportunities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the home loan process, providing exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in submitting loans
  • Proactively identify and engage potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies and networking
  • Maintain a referral network of external partners

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in a customer-facing organisation (particularly in lending)
  • Familiarity with the home lending process and a solid pipeline of contacts to tap into
