About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at RFI Global. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the expansion, growth, and success of our region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and quickly understand their business objectives.
  • Translate client objectives into compelling solutions that drive margin and growth.
  • Support the creation of new products for both existing and new clients by identifying market needs and collaborating with local and global colleagues.
  • Secure sales revenue for clients and achieve a nominated monthly new business target.
Requirements
  • Skilled sales professional with a strong track record and a proactive approach.
  • Demonstrable experience of selling value-add solutions into banks and financial institutions.
  • Ability to sell to senior and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • 10+ years of experience and a track record of meeting personal sales quotas.
  • A keen appreciation of the impact of research, data, and insights on informing business strategy and improving business outcomes.
  • Ability to execute the end-to-end sales process.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, 'go-getter' mindset.
  • Critical thinking and creativity.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
  • Client outcome-focused.

  • An established network of relevant contacts.
Essential Requirements
  • Background in Banking and Financial Services.
  • Experience winning new business within the FS ecosystem and developing enterprise accounts.
  • Comfortable managing and delivering a seven-figure target.
  • Consistent sophisticated client exposure.
  • Experience delivering on commercial outcomes.
  • Proven experience running a self-sufficient sales process.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Client outcome focused.
  • Established network of contacts.
