Job Description

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and maintained, with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Manage cash handling and operate the point-of-sale system
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in a retail or fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
