Job Title: Team Leader

Join The Original as a Team Leader and take on a pivotal role in managing key relationships within a geographical area and in relation to specific housing services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day work of housing client service teams, providing direction, support, and feedback to facilitate delivery of quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation of change within the team
  • Contribute to asset and service delivery planning
  • Make decisions in relation to asset utilization and maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with other service delivery teams within the district to enhance access, effectiveness, quality of service delivery, and client outcomes
  • Promote and participate in community building programs and whole of government initiatives to strengthen communities and enhance opportunities for community participation
Requirements:
  • Possession of a current/valid driving license
  • Strong capabilities in motivating and encouraging team/unit to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and the department in a high-volume work environment
  • Ability to research and analyze information and make decisions based on relevant evidence
  • Effective communication skills to efficiently foster and manage key stakeholder engagement, both internal and externally
