About the Role Provide on-site engineering services to the Project Manager to assist in the successful completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities Participate in defining objectives related to technical, financial, and human issues.
Coordinate the detailed preparation of the structure, including construction schedules, technical options, and drafting of documents.
Participate in the consultation and selection of suppliers and subcontractors.
Contribute to the financial viability assessments of the project, including comparative summaries of tenders.
Coordinate the works (structural, architectural, external) and oversee their execution through in-house production or supervision until handover, in accordance with the contract.
Manage site staff, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and oversee equipment and materials.
Coordinate with clients regarding schedule, quality, and technical testing.
Participate in the company's Sustainable Development policy.
Handle contractual matters, such as scheduling, and prepare site reports.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of international work experience.
Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
Technical knowledge with a profit-oriented mindset.
Methodical, authoritative, attentive, objective, tenacious, and responsible.
