We seek an experienced Senior Data Strategist to lead the development of a major IT enhancement project. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM applications and external portals.
Key Responsibilities:- Map existing data holdings, inputs and dependencies impacted by the project.
- Investigate and recommend optimisation of the use of data holdings for the different streams of the project.
- Design and implement data architecture and integration frameworks that enable best practice data lifecycle management and ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise existing reporting processes, including setting standards for data accuracy and quality.
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Data Architect in Australian Public Service settings, preferably within agencies with regulatory compliance responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience assessing and optimising data holdings to ensure effective execution of business operational and strategic responsibilities and goals.
- A working understanding of, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of data security controls required by DISR.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, including well-developed negotiation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
