Our organization is seeking a seasoned Digital Data Strategist to drive data-driven decision-making across digital platforms.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for embedding analytics as a core capability in our digital product delivery, driving deep insights that inform strategic direction and business outcomes. You will lead a high-performing team of analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize digital experiences and drive business growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Maintain and improve data quality and governance standards across digital platforms
  • Communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse stakeholders using storytelling and visualization techniques

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
  • Significant experience in digital analytics within large, complex environments
  • Technical proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel, with familiarity in Python or R a bonus
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
