Job Title: Call Centre Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Call Centre Operator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive professional and efficient service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail. You will also be responsible for identifying and following up on lead opportunities, promoting and portraying a positive image, and maintaining a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate well-developed personal communication skills, high-level customer service skills, good record-keeping skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also need to be proficient in MS Office and have good keyboard skills and computer knowledge.
