Hotel Service Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Service Expert.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional service to our guests at all times. As a Hotel Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering service excellence across various hotel operations, including front desk and food and beverage services.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a positive and professional welcome.
  • Working flexible shifts across multiple departments, including food and beverage and front desk.
  • Performing a variety of tasks to ensure seamless hotel operations, such as selling hotel facilities and preparing food and beverages.
  • Providing knowledgeable and friendly service to both internal and external guests, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera.
  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high standard of personal presentation.
  • A natural ability to surprise guests with authentic and personalized service, setting you apart from others.
  • A genuine customer focus and dedication to making every guest smile during their stay.
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain it before starting.
  • Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
