Workforce Optimisation Role

This is a dynamic role that requires expertise in workforce management activities, including staff rostering and scheduling, monitoring performance on a daily basis and contributing to the member experience through the achievement of agreed service level targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources across all service channels within Member Services to support first contact resolution and improve utilisation of resources.

This role involves working closely with team members within the Workforce Optimisation team to determine short to medium term resourcing needs for Member Services.

About You
  • You have knowledge and understanding of workforce planning requirements and methodologies.
  • You possess high organisational and time management skills while responding to frequent demands of multiple stakeholders.
  • You can build rapport with stakeholders, influence and negotiate in order to achieve an optimum outcome or solution.
  • You are able to facilitate outcomes through strong communication skills, relationships, and stakeholder management.
  • You can deliver within agreed timeframes and manage a range of competing priorities.
  • You can work and embrace a changing and growth environment with regular changing priorities and developing opportunities.
  • You understand strategic priorities and performance metrics of the business unit in order to make resource recommendations to the Leadership team.
