This includes developing and executing comprehensive communication and training strategies, assessing readiness, and providing essential support to ensure effective adoption and integration of new ways of working across the team.Working with key stakeholder groups across the business to identify automation opportunities, implement digital solutions and leverage technology to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve claim outcomesUtilising data analysis tools and techniques to develop process insights and provide accurate and insightful reports that support successful embedment of optimisation initiativesProactively identify and analyse complex operational challenges, applying critical thinking to evaluate root causes, develop innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.Motivating and influencing team members to identify process and system opportunities by fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and excellenceWhat Experience You'll Bring3-5 years Motor Claims and/or 3-5 year Process Optimisation experience preferably within a personal insurance contextWell-developed and demonstrated understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations to operate in Motor ClaimsExcellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with exceptional communication & interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence and develop others and liaise effectively with various stakeholdersHigh level conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions and high level project management experienceThe Benefits Of Working At A&GLocation – North Lakes: This role is based at our North Lakes office.
