Key Accomplishments

The role requires a diligent and proactive approach to ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

This includes supporting the Rooms Division Manager with day-to-day duties of Guests Services operations, delivering excellent service and looking for opportunities to enhance service offerings, establishing and maintaining relationships between all departments of the resort, handling and resolving any guests' complaints or queries, providing training to new team members, maintaining a high level of standard across the front office team by providing continued support and feedback, leading, inspiring and developing the team, and up-selling and promoting Hotel services.

The Front Desk operations are 24 hours, with shifts running from 6:30am to 10:30pm. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster.
