Job Opportunity

This role plays a vital part in ensuring product quality and managing non-conforming products throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

  • Perform key metrology activities, process non-conformances, and oversee measurement instrument calibration.
  • Contribute significantly to enhancing product and process quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving both internal and external quality issues.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Timely processing of Non-Conformances (NCRs) and manage calibration of required instruments.
  • Conduct precise metrological services to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve non-conformance issues and manage the disposition of discrepant materials.
  • Perform CMM programming and operation, and improve measurement techniques and methodologies.
  • Participate in maintaining quality system compliance and conducting internal audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimise product quality through collaboration with manufacturing teams.
  • Prepare and present relevant quality control reports and training programs.

Key qualifications include strong analytical skills, experience with metrology and inspection equipment, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess strong problem-solving skills.
