The Role

We are seeking an experienced Impact and Sustainability Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our Impact strategy, working closely with our investment team, portfolio companies, and industry partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing Impact programs that drive meaningful change in the startup ecosystem
  • Collaborating with our investment team to integrate Impact considerations into our investment decisions
  • Working with portfolio companies to develop and implement Impact strategies that align with our firm's goals
  • Engaging with industry partners and stakeholders to promote best practices in Impact investing
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, portfolio companies, and industry partners

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact and has a strong track record of developing and executing Impact programs. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainability, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Impact and Sustainability, preferably in a venture capital or investment firm
  • Strong understanding of Impact investing and its applications in the startup ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Impact programs that drive meaningful change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
