Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to fill this role.
Main Responsibilities:- Create engaging lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles
- Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan high-quality programs
- Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Montessori experience preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF) and The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Current Blue Card or Exemption Card
- Registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or willing to obtain
- Hold First Aid HLTAID012 & CPR or be willing to obtain within 3 months
