About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Aveo, a leader in retirement living. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality daily care services for our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective daily personal care, tailored to the resident's care needs in line with their current care plans
  • Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence
  • Assist residents with medical and personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties
  • Support residents with recreational and social activities
  • Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures and report any safety, security and resident incidents
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Current Police Check clearance
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date
