Job Title: Rural Fire Service Manager
">The Rural Fire Service Queensland (RFSQ) delivers support to local communities in the form of bushfire management mitigation and response services. Our Area Offices provide tailored assistance to Rural Fire Brigades and volunteers, connecting them with district, regional, and state resources.
">Our team plays a vital role in enhancing training, asset management, and brigade operations. Each Area encompasses a cluster of Local Government Areas and includes operational and nonoperational staff, volunteers, and Brigades who provide services for rural and semi-rural communities.
">We are seeking an experienced professional to manage human and physical resources within the Area. This involves providing high-quality support to staff, volunteers, and Rural Fire Brigades, responding to large-scale rural fires and other emergency incidents.
