Essential Qualifications

  • Act as Superintendent under relevant building contracts.
  • Manage the design process for architectural, structural, and services.
  • Drive programme, budget, and quality control to meet the company's high standards.
  • Establish and implement best-in-class delivery systems and processes.
  • Build strong industry relationships with builders, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a client-side project management consultancy.
  • Construction project management experience across commercial occupier projects.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification related to construction project management.
  • Planning and managing quality, safety, health, and environment issues on projects.
  • Risk identification and management.
  • Managing the change control process.
  • Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
