Our organisation is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Officer to lead our fitness programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inductions and fitness assessments for clients
  • Supervise the gym floor to ensure equipment is used safely
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

- Hold a minimum Certificate III or equivalent AQF qualification in a relevant area of practice

- Industry experience in the relevant area of practice preferred with accreditation from Fitness Australia

- Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating programmes

- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
