Secure Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Secure Solutions Developer. In this role, you will play a key part in the development of secure solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security engineering, with expertise in cryptography, security monitoring, and incident response. They will also be proficient in secure coding practices, with experience in embedding security controls directly into application code.

  • Lead the development of secure solutions by defining and enforcing information security requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks.
  • Enhance security efficiency by identifying gaps against global and local standards, implementing improvements.
  • Promote a security-first culture by mentoring teams on IT security practices and ensuring local standards reflect global security policies and guidance.
  • Provide expert security consultancy across all levels of business and IT.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security Engineering.
  • Expertise in cryptography, security monitoring, and incident response.
  • Proficient in secure coding practices, including embedding security controls directly into application code.
  • Solid understanding of banking systems, operations, and compliance with relevant external regulations and standards.
  • Proven record in implementing and operationalizing security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Skilled in identifying and mitigating technology-related risks in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working across multiple agile tribes and distributed teams.
  • Holds industry-recognized certifications such as OSCP or equivalent, demonstrating advanced offensive security capabilities.
