About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Support Specialist.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support and maintain in-house computer systems, laptops, desktops, and peripherals. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the acquisition of new computer or networking hardware
  • Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends to prevent future problems
  • Alert management to emerging trends in incidents
  • Participate in capacity planning and develop long-term strategic goals for Citrix systems, software, and clients
Key Requirements
  • Liaise with end users and staff on computer operation and other issues
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware and networked peripheral devices
  • Recommend hardware or software changes to optimize Citrix deployments, configuration, or maintenance
  • Document end-user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue
  • Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQ resources for problem resolution
  • Install anti-virus software and ensure virus definitions are up-to-date
  • Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning workstations, printers, and peripherals
