Reliability Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reliability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the reliability of our operations, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

Your primary objective will be to optimize reliability, safety, productivity, quality, efficiency, and environmental impact. You will achieve this by leading a team of reliability technicians, providing guidance, support, and training. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to generate solutions and work orders in response to engineering and information requests.

You will have control over labor, equipment, and maintenance costs, as well as adequate change parts and consumables. Your weekly maintenance plan will ensure that all systems are running efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, you will develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the reliability department and provide continuous guidance and support.
  • Respond to engineering and information requests from external departments.
  • Control labor, equipment, and maintenance costs.
  • Develop and execute the weekly maintenance plan.
  • Work with other departments to provide timely project outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree preferred but not essential.
  • TPM experience preferred but not essential.
  • Mechanical or electrical certification.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP PM.
