Injury Management Professional

The key responsibilities of this role include managing high-risk and complex injury cases, overseeing legal aspects of claims, and attending WorkCover hearings and conciliations.
Key performance indicators include the development and implementation of effective injury management strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in practices, risk reduction, and alignment with organizational objectives.
A degree in Allied Health, Nursing, HR, or a related field is required. Significant leadership experience within Injury Management, Occupational Rehabilitation, or WorkCover environments is also necessary.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
