Maintenance Leadership Opportunity

  • A high-impact role awaits an experienced reliability engineer to lead maintenance operations at a large manufacturing site.
  • As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 16 trade personnel, fostering engagement and growth within the organization.
  • Using data-driven insights, drive reliability improvements by leveraging CMMS and reporting tools to predict and prevent equipment failures.
  • Analyse asset performance data to develop predictive strategies, ensuring optimal machine uptime and reducing operational costs.
  • Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), uptime, and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) compliance.
  • Embed continuous improvement methodologies throughout the maintenance process, promoting best practices and efficiency gains.

About You

  • Proven success in fast-paced environments leading large maintenance teams, preferably in industries such as food, beverage, or building products.
  • A strong background in reliability engineering and predictive maintenance is essential for this role.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and interpretation to drive asset performance improvements is highly regarded.
  • Training in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies, such as 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are required to succeed in this position.
