About the Role

  • Predict and prevent failures by analyzing asset performance data.
  • Develop predictive and preventative strategies to drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a trade team of 16 (fitter and electrician).
  2. Drive data-led reliability improvements using CMMS and reporting tools.
  3. Analyze asset performance data to develop predictive and preventative strategies.
  4. Deliver on KPIs for OEE, uptime, machine reliability, and OH&S compliance.

We are seeking an experienced reliability engineer with a strong background in predictive maintenance and data analysis.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience using data, reporting, and analysis to drive asset performance.

  • Training in RCA, CI methodologies (5S, Lean, Six Sigma) is highly regarded.
  • A strong background in reliability engineering and predictive maintenance.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering business outcomes through effective maintenance strategies.
