Are you looking for a challenging role in the Drill & Blast Team? As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for loading blast holes with explosives and stemming material as per design specifications.

About the Role

This opportunity allows you to work on various projects and develop your skills. Your duties will include:

  • Loading blast holes with explosives and stemming material as per design specifications
  • Setting up and maintaining exclusion zones and signage to ensure site safety during blasting activities
  • Supporting the Shotfirer with charging operations and tie-in procedures
  • Conducting pre- and post-blast inspections to ensure site compliance and safety

We are looking for an individual with experience working with electronics, holding a current manual drivers license, dangerous goods security card and shotfirers license (an advantage).

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Shotfirers license (advantageous)
  • A Dangerous Goods Security Card
  • A Current Manual Drivers Licence
  • Experience with Electronics
