Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Expert Data Analyst - People Analytics to join our People Analytics Reporting team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role by:
- Creating, maintaining, and optimising various reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Developing SQL queries, modifying, and optimising complex SQL queries to extract relevant people data for analysis.
- Ensuring effective data retrieval, manipulation, and storage while maintaining high levels of data security and integrity.
- Designing and implementing data models that support robust HR analytics and reporting.
- Developing visually compelling and insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Presenting data analytics and insights to stakeholders through clear and engaging presentations.
- Continuously improving reporting and visualisation methods to better meet business needs.
- Planning, executing, and analysing employee surveys to gauge employee engagement, satisfaction, and other HR metrics.
- Developing and implementing survey methodologies and tools to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in people analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Desirable proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data extraction and query development.
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, including report creation and optimisation.
- Advanced skills in data visualisation tools, specifically Power BI.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
