Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Expert Data Analyst - People Analytics to join our People Analytics Reporting team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role by:

  • Creating, maintaining, and optimising various reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Developing SQL queries, modifying, and optimising complex SQL queries to extract relevant people data for analysis.
  • Ensuring effective data retrieval, manipulation, and storage while maintaining high levels of data security and integrity.
  • Designing and implementing data models that support robust HR analytics and reporting.
  • Developing visually compelling and insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Presenting data analytics and insights to stakeholders through clear and engaging presentations.
  • Continuously improving reporting and visualisation methods to better meet business needs.
  • Planning, executing, and analysing employee surveys to gauge employee engagement, satisfaction, and other HR metrics.
  • Developing and implementing survey methodologies and tools to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in people analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Desirable proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data extraction and query development.
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, including report creation and optimisation.
  • Advanced skills in data visualisation tools, specifically Power BI.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
