We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated total remuneration of $115,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation and bonus.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional to work on high-impact projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of data to extract insights and identify trends relevant to business objectives.
  • Utilizing statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques (e.g., decision tree models, GBMs) to derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SAS or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an analytical/reporting role.
  • Prior experience and proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one of SAS or SQL.
  • Experience with VBA, Python, or other data analytics software is beneficial.
  • Competent use of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience analyzing customer experience and behavior, including customer journey mapping and Net Promoter Score (NPS), is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating with and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Familiarity with dashboard reporting tools such as Qlik or similar is beneficial.
