Opportunity for OSHC Leadership

This permanent, part-time role offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry. As a key leader, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for children in our service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the school community by attending events and assemblies
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program
  • Foster genuine relationships with children and their families
  • Support with ensuring your program is compliant according to industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education (not essential)
  • A confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals
  • A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude
