Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance and direction to staff, students, and volunteers working within the childcare service. Promote positive relationships with parents, centre, and staff.
Program Development: Develop the Children's Program reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines. Maintain compliance with OH&S Policy and ensure a safe environment is maintained for children and staff.
- Qualified in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a Room leader in a childcare setting
- Sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates, Current Working with Children's Check
