This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Revenue Optimization Expert.
As a key member of the revenue management function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize hotel room revenues, RevPAR, and system delivery across a portfolio of hotels in Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in revenue management, reservations, or yield management environments, with expertise in revenue management software systems like Optims, Ideas, Rate360, and IHG Concerto RMS.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to achieve superior performance compared to the competitive set.
- Proactively analyze competitor and market pricing trends to create effective pricing strategies by segment and revenue stream.
- Manage revenue functions across a portfolio of hotels, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- University degree or hospitality diploma/degree.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in revenue management, reservations, or yield management environments.
- Technical skills in revenue management software systems like Optims, Ideas, Rate360, and IHG Concerto RMS.
