The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and support staff, clients, and volunteers in a positive manner in group programs. They will also have an understanding of how to set up and lead programs for people with disabilities, as well as previous experience in positively communicating with families, staff, volunteers, participants, and supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have a high standard of computer literacy, including experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Carelink. They will also be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week during school holidays and be available for weekend shifts, Friday evening shifts, and other times as negotiated.
