The RoleThe Manager Program Delivery is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of the Shire's Capital Works Program and operational projects. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role ensures the smooth implementation of projects across the organization, aligning with the Council's project management framework.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Project Delivery Team, providing oversight, coordination, and guidance.
- Embed fit-for-purpose project management methodology, tools, and training across the organization.
- Manage disaster recovery projects, ensuring timely community support through government funding programs.
We seek an experienced leader in program and project delivery, with a strong background in managing capital works and operational projects. The successful candidate will possess proven skills in program management, governance, and reporting, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes that align with the Council's goals.
