Job Title: Senior Team Leader Youth Programs

As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality services to young people and the community.

About the Role

The Senior Team Leader Youth Programs will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of youth workers and professionals to deliver sector-leading youth programs and services.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of our youth programs and services.
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with local organizations, community groups, and stakeholders to enhance our youth programs and services.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of our youth programs and services to ensure they meet the needs of young people and the community.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services to young people and the community.
