Program Director Opportunity

Our client, a leading transport and distribution organisation, is undergoing an exciting period of transformation. As a Program Director, you will work closely with C-suite executives across IT and business teams to develop and implement the strategy for the program team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage programs, overseeing multiple projects and work streams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to project managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Prior experience in People/HR roles coupled with Program management and director experience.
Previous experience delivering programs from $10M to $100M spanning multiple years.
Successful track record managing programs with multiple streams (could be 10+ streams).
Experience working with executive level.
