Home Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients selecting a new home design and beyond.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome visitors to the fully furnished display home.
  • Schedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display home.
  • Support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with our building design consultant to ensure business sales and customer service objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard and within required timeframes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to ensure customers experience the difference of building their new home with us.


About You
You will share a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have:
  • An outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for home design and living spaces.
  • Ideally you will have customer service and sales experience in big box retail or related industries.
  • The ability to engage with team members and work collaboratively toward achieving individual and team goals.
  • Strong systems skills and the planning and organizing skills to keep on top of all documentation and communications with key stakeholders.
