Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team in Sorell as a Poultry Production Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate bird processing and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and possess excellent organizational skills. If you are a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for poultry production, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate bird processing and despatch operations
  • Operate handheld scanners for inventory management
  • Lift 12-15 kgs repetitively throughout the shift
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Follow health, safety, and quality procedures
Requirements
  • Forklift license (high reach forklifts experience preferred)
  • Handheld scanner experience or familiarity
  • A commitment to health, safety, and quality in the workplace
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • Basic computer skills
