Position Overview

The Business Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Three to five years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the commercial property industry
  • Existing relationships with real estate occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry professionals would be highly advantageous
  • Some knowledge of transaction management processes, lease negotiations, and commercial real estate market dynamics is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve business objectives
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
