The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Commercial team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role involves:

  • Preparing annual business plans and reforecasting processes
  • Capital management guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Leadership of Business Improvement functions including investment analysis
  • Business risk management based on value enhancement
  • Insurance management coordination of renewals
  • Liaising with senior management teams and wider business

In this position you will provide Bengalla Mine management with analysis of strategic business options and reasoned recommendations for business enhancement.

Requirements:

To be successful you will need:

  • Commercial or Accounting qualifications CPA or CA well regarded
  • Mining industry experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement communication skills
  • Ability to work in a small friendly team
  • Focus on continuous improvement and value creation
