About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sector Security Officer to join our team in the Western Suburbs. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and emergency response to one of our retail locations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Providing a high level of security and customer service duties.
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises.
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support.
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk.
  • Access control.
  • Incident report writing and data logs.
Work Schedule

This is a fixed roster position with 34.5 hours per week. The schedule includes:

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 13:30 to 22:00.
  • Sunday: 10:00 to 19:00.

Requirements
  • Current Security License.
  • Control Room License – Highly regarded.
  • Current First Aid certificate.
  • Impeccable presentation.
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, willingness to work nights/weekends.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
