Security Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Sector Security Officer to provide top-notch customer service and emergency response at one of our retail locations in the Western Suburbs. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a secure environment
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control and incident report writing
Fixed Roster and Employee Benefits

This fixed roster position offers 34.5 hours per week, with regular shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (13:30-22:00), and Sunday (10:00-19:00). Enjoy access to:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A current Security License
  • A Control Room License (highly regarded)
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters and willingness to work nights/weekends
