Infectious Disease Specialist

This role offers a unique blend of clinical leadership, teaching, and research expertise in the delivery of high-quality infectious disease care.
The successful candidate will oversee complex cases across various settings, lead antimicrobial stewardship initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Teaching and supervision of junior medical staff is an integral part of the role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex cases across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Lead antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Teach and supervise junior medical staff
- FRACP (or equivalent)
- Registrable as a specialist in Infectious Diseases with relevant authorities
- Eligibility by February 2026 considered
