About the Position
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical health, movement capacity, and functional goals to create personalized care plans
  • Develop and implement evidence-based exercise programs tailored to clients' needs for chronic conditions, rehabilitation, and general wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers
  • Foster strong relationships with referring healthcare professionals to strengthen networks and support practice growth
  • Coordinate with external providers to guarantee consistent client care within established protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Clinical Exercise Science (ESSA accredited)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience working with clients in chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, or functional health programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Advanced expertise in exercise prescription and rehabilitation
